Dr. Turesky provides individual therapy in a private, compassionate, and non-judgmental setting for adult men and women from 18 years old to 100+. Individual therapy services may range in duration from 8-12 sessions for brief therapy to longer-term weekly or biweekly sessions depending on your individual needs.

STRESS REDUCTION "TUNE-UP"

Are you looking for some quick tools to reduce stress rather than starting with long-term therapy? No problem! Depending on your presenting concerns, Dr. Turesky may work with you on a brief intervention basis (~2-4 sessions) to take a basic history, provide professional consultation, and teach you stress management strategies to get you back on track quickly!

MINDFULNESS TRAINING

Have you heard about the many health benefits associated with mindfulness meditation? Are you looking for personalized instruction to get you started with your own mindfulness practice? Dr. Turesky provides individualized training in the widely popular and highly researched form of meditation called mindfulness. Mindfulness can also be integrated into your therapeutic work.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL EVALUATIONS

Dr. Turesky provides professional emotional support animal (ESA) evaluations for individuals who may benefit from the support of an ESA. For those who appropriately qualify, an ESA can help in housing situations such as no-pet restrictions, pet deposits, or breed and weight limitations. Evaluations are offered in a private, one-on-one format, with the option of secure telehealth appointments available for clients across Florida — including Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, and Tallahassee.
