ESA Evaluation
(via phone or in-office)

During the evaluation session, you will meet with Dr. Turesky either in-person, on the telephone, or via Skype depending on your individual circumstances. Dr. Turesky will conduct a diagnostic interview to assess your current symptoms and collect relevant historical information.

ESA Doctor Review
​

Dr. Turesky will determine if you meet criteria for a mental health related disability (e.g., anxiety, depression, insomnia, etc.) as defined by the DSM-V. He will also determine whether your emotional support animal helps to mitigate your symptoms and improve your functioning. ​

Receive your ESA letter
(pending qualification)

If you meet criteria for a qualifying diagnosis, Dr. Turesky will provide you
with an ESA letter prescribing an emotional support animal for you to present to the appropriate airline and/or homeowners /condo association.
