ESA Evaluation
(via phone or video)

During the evaluation session, you will meet with Dr. Turesky either on the telephone or via video depending on your individual circumstances. Dr. Turesky will conduct a diagnostic interview to assess your current symptoms and collect relevant historical information.

ESA Doctor Review

Dr. Turesky will determine if you meet criteria for a mental health related disability (e.g., anxiety, depression, insomnia, etc.) as defined by the DSM-V. He will also determine whether your emotional support animal helps to mitigate your symptoms and improve your functioning. ​

Receive your ESA letter
(pending qualification)

If you meet criteria for a qualifying diagnosis, Dr. Turesky will provide you
with an ESA letter / ESA certificate prescribing an emotional support animal for you to present to your apartment or HOA.
